The Fight to Stop Sprawl Starts Downtown, February 20, 2003

Please join 1000 Friends of Maryland Thursday, February 20, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. at Montgomery Park for their annual event The Fight to Stop Sprawl Starts Downtown. Douglas Becker, CEO of Sylvan Learning Systems, will be honored for his contributions reinvigorating downtown.
