Alley Houses of Patterson Park April 19, 10 a.m. to noon
Explore the alley houses and tiny streets in the neighborhood around Patterson Park with Joshua Philips, Director of Preservation Services at Preservation Maryland.
Mount Royal Terrace April 26, 10:00 a.m. to noon
Walk through one of Baltimore’s best collections of Queen Anne and Georgian Revival architecture that makes up the Mount Royal Terrace with Elizabeth Schaaf, former curator and archivist at Peabody Library and long-time resident.
College of Notre Dame May 3, 10 a.m. to noon
Learn about the collection of architecture designed by J. Crawford Neilsen, Thomas C. Kennedy, Baldwin & Pennington, and Frederick V. Murphy, among others, as well as the master plan by Robert A.M. Stern at the College of Notre Dame with architect Jim Suttner, AIA, and Mary Beth Lennon, Notre Dame alumna.
Homeland May 10, 10 a.m. to noon
Explore how Tudor, French Country, and Early American styles combine with Colonial architecture to give Homeland a decidedly English flavor and special charm with Barbara Stevens, who literally wrote the book on the history of Homeland, and her husband Jim.
Franklintown May 17, 10 a.m. to noon
Learn how Franklintown in the 1830s went from a mill village to a planned community based on the vision of William H. Freeman with Bill Eberhart and Anne Gossett, longtime Franklintown residents.
