Ron Grodzinsky, CPA was born in Baltimore and reared in Pikesville. During high school, he babysat for the children of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who seemed to enjoy his work. Since Ron liked numbers and his accounting class, he decided to become an accountant. He passed the CPA exam in 1986.

Ron specializes in providing accounting, tax and business advisory services to consulting engineering firms and architects. He also helps small businesses and individuals. He prepares income tax returns, and provides audits, compilations and reviews of financial statements. Ron also advises people with tax and business systems planning. Today, he is a Senior Manager at Rowles & Company, LLP, a CPA firm that has served the engineering and architecture community for over 75 years.
Volunteering with the lecture series and affiliates committees, Ron became active in the AIABaltimore Professional Affiliates in 2000. For two years, he was very successful in affiliate membership development, served as chairman in 2004, and is now the affiliates representative on our 2005 board of directors.
Ron enjoys his work with AIABaltimore “because it gets me to step out of my realm and learn more about my clients and their business partners, their real world and jargon. Learning more about the AE industry helps us to serve our clients better. AIABaltimore provides us the opportunity in which to do that.”
