AIA Baltimore welcomes Gordon White, Chief Financial Officer of O’Neal, Inc. Tuesday, January 14 to speak in the AIA gallery. No matter what size firm you have, learn about key indicators of financial performance, what to pay attention to, and tools that can help you manage your business better. O’Neal, Inc. is a full-service, employee-owned architecture and engineering firm with revenues of $80 million. With over 400 employees, of whom 252 are shareholders, O’Neal is one of the largest employee-owned design firms in the United States. As CFO, White is responsible for overall financial management of the company including profitability, liquidity, capitalization, and cash flow. He also has responsibility for management of O’Neal’s stock ownership program and oversight of the 401(k) vendor relationship. His experience includes eight years in commercial banking prior to joining O’Neal in 1995. White is a member of the Design Finance Officers Group, which includes senior finance executives from some of the largest design and construction firms in the country.
