Join us Thursday, June 6, in the AIABaltimore Gallery and Architects Bookstore from 5 – 7 pm as Design Collective's multimedia display of its current work "The V-Files - Venues / Videos / Voyages" continues. Barry Mahaffey and Joseph Harrigan will be displaying their work in the Architects Bookstore.

Jones Falls Watershed by Joseph Harrigan

Joseph Harrigan is a graphic designer at Design Collective. Harrigan graduated in 1992 with an A.A.S. Architectural Engineering Technologies from State University of New York in Alfred, NY and in 1996 graduated cum laude with a BFA in photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design. A published photographer, Harrigan has been featured in gallery openings in New York City; Savannah, Georgia; and Baltimore. His private clients include architects, developers, contractors, computer software companies, and the Skidaway Island State Park of Georgia. He is known for his work photographing Scarborough House in Savannah, GA for the Historic American Buildings Survey, under the auspices of the National Park Service/Department of the Interior.

Barry Mahaffey will display Drawings of Landscapes and Streetscapes. Mahaffey graduated with a B.Arch from the University of Tennessee, and a M.Arch from University of Miami. A native of Fayetteville, Tennessee, he entered the professional practice as an architect in 1993. Joining Design Collective, Inc. in 1999, Mahaffey is currently working on Maple Lawn Farms, Student Housing at Winthrop University and a community building for the Enclave at Ellicott Hills. Some of the work on display is from a study abroad in Krakow, Poland during the summer of 1991.

The Architects Bookstore and gallery are open Monday through Thursday, 9 – 4:30 pm.
