On Tuesday, May 23, join us for a presentation and tour of Clipper Mill, the adaptive reuse of a 17-acre urban Brownfield site into mixed commercial and residential space. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the project includes renovation of five historic buildings as well as new construction. Our visit will focus on the development of the master plan and vision for the site, and, in particular, the transformation of two of the historic buildings the Foundry Building and the Assembly Building.
Speakers include David Benn AIA, principal at Cho Benn Holback, architects for the Clipper Mill renovation project, and Bill MacRostie from MacRostie Historic Advisors, tax credit consultant for the project.
