The September conference has been rescheduled for April, details are forthcoming. Attend with the AIA Baltimore TiPC as we journey to Washington, DC National AIA Headquarters for the Spring Technology Conference, organized by the National AIA Technology in Architectural Practice Professional Interest Area. Six Degrees of Collaboration promises to be a thorough exploration of collaboration techniques revolutionizing practice today. Ask questions and receive answers from architects and industry leaders. The three-day session will explore and explain 1) Attitude: the human factor in successful collaboration 2) Bits & Bytes: the business, legal, and technical aspects of sharing information electronically 3) The Level Playing Field: emerging industry standards to boost your productivity 4) Tools of the Trade: technologies you can use in your business today 5) New Horizons: how technology might change what you "do and how you do it" 6) Notes From the Field: case studies from the real world. The AIABaltimore Technology in Practice Committee holds programs on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The reception begins at 5:30 PM and the program at 6 pm. The location varies.
