TECHNOLOGY FOR DESIGN EXCELLENCE & INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY
Baltimore, Maryland - Cochran, Stephenson & Donkervoet (CS&D) will host the second fall meeting of AIABaltimore Technology in Practice (TiPC) Committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2000. Join us to learn how this 75-person award wining Baltimore architectural firm uses technology to leverage staff creativity and production capability. An introduction to the firm will be found on the Internet at www.csdarch.com
Founded by Alexander S. Cochran in 1947, the company celebrated its 50th anniversary during Baltimores bicentennial year. CS&D is the only firm to receive a "Design Firm of the Decade" award from the AIA Baltimore. Over the years, the work of the company has touched every facet of Baltimores urban life - from schools, housing, offices, and hotels, to hospitals, retirement, and nursing facilities. Developing the proto-type over the past decade, CS&D became first a national, and now, an international leader in the design of Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
