Position will require responsibility for overall marketing management for a 25-person 30 year old architecture/ design firm.
Further responsibilities include:

• Looking for and tracking business leads, RFPs and RFQs
• Support client contacts, including sending information as directed
• Coordinating, assembling and transmitting proposals, including design team assembly
• Tracking publications, reports, awards
• Representing the firm out of the office
• Supervising assistant / receptionist
• Maintaining and updating all marketing and business development information
