As part of its educational effort, Hayles and Howe, Inc. Ornamental Plasterwork and Scagliola recently hosted the University of Maryland College Park graduate class in architectural conservation. The participatory tour at Hayles and Howe’s Baltimore Sisson Street workshop has become a class tradition.
Keast & Hood Co’s renovation of the Ballenger Creek Barn in Frederick, MD, took top honors in the Renovations Under $10 Million category of the 2010 Excellence in Structural Engineering Awards.
